You can update your BIOS by using an auto booting USB stick, with the BIOS file and re-flasher installation application installed.
You will need a 256MB USB stick to carry out this process

After flashing - please be sure to enter BIOS and load optimised defaults to refresh the BIOS settings

Appreciated this - quite simple to do - GUYs just take EXTREME care with that SelfImage Appn - not to copy the image to your PRIMARY HDD - if you do - you will wreak your system !!
